Brinjal Kotchu

Temper mustard,urad,methi seeds,curry leaves& kayam.

Add green chillies,1 onion,& saute.Add 2 chopped tomatoes,5cloves garlic. Add brinjal,sambar powder,chilli powder,haldi,salt,sugar,tamarind water & simmer.
