Ingredients
4 teacups mixed boiled vegetables (french beans, carrots, green peas, cauliflower), cut into big cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 potatoes, boiled and cubed
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons ghee or refined oil
salt to taste
To be ground into a paste
6 to 7 green chillies
25 mm. (1") piece ginger
1 onion
