Cut stem & end of 1lb okra, make slit 3/4of the way down. In a bowl combine 1/2c crushed peanut
2tbsp cor leaves 1tbsp dhania pow, 1tbsp amchur, 1tsp jeera pow, 1tsp red chilli pow . 1tsp salt. Stuff into okra. In a skillet heat 1/4c oil, sputter mustard, curry leaves turn to low & cook okra till tender [45 mnts]---- micro wave dry okra for 3 mnts --before slitting to reduce cooking time.
